Nightcross 8/23. Beautiful act of kindness.
Moto Mission is truly honored to have such amazing people at the track each week. On 8/23/19, Zach Duncan exemplified just what we mean when we say we race for a reason.
Acts of kindness and generosity like Zach showed last night remind us just how much good there is in the world.
To Zach Duncan & Sebastian Lancey: We know that both of your fathers were smiling with pride as they looked down on you last night. We are so fortunate to have had the chance to help you honor your fathers through this experience. Thank you for letting us be part of it.
Nightcross 9/27. Motocross is family.
If this doesn’t signify “Racing for a Reason,” I don’t know what does. At our last 2019 race on Friday 9/27, Aaron Davis, who sustained injuries in a motocross accident last year that left him a quadriplegic, led a parade lap around the track in honor of ALL those we have raced for this season at Moto Mission! Over 100 riders who came to race Friday joined him out on the track.
One of the most amazing parts of this summer has been the reminder that the motocross “community” is much more than that... it’s family.
“For those who understand, no explanation is needed. For those who don’t, no explanation is possible to make them understand.”
We thank YOU all for the opportunity for us to feel this grateful! There just aren’t enough words.
